We do initial consultations where we listen to the client and take note of their preferences in the design and manufacturing of the shoes. Then, our R&D department creates a digital mock-up of the shoes through the use of advanced 3D modeling tech, and they shallow machine the prototypes using CNC technology. Then, we work in parallel to the client in a process we call rapid prototyping and makes the entire process extremely fast. This is a very important process helping to design the shoes and meet the current market requirements. We have a strong partnerships with quality clearing houses like SGS and TUV for quality control on our products. They assess the quality of our footwear to identify them to be at the level of the international safety level compliance. Our shoes are manufactured in a system that gives us 95 automation and a control of a margin of ±1.5 mm to ensure each pass we manufacture has the same level of quality. We also provide our clients a very strong intellectual property for our design to give their products a black market creating exclusivity.
