(2) Full process data monitoring

Each link of cutting, sewing, and uppering will be inspected (one hundred pairs are inspected).

(3) Internal verification that exceeds standards

Even if all online inspections are qualified, we will randomly select finished products from the production line every day and send them to our internal laboratory for destructive testing. This includes bending resistance tests that simulate months of wear, toe impact resistance tests, puncture resistance tests, etc.

Independent testing is carried out by internationally recognized third-party testing organizations such as SGS and Intertek.
